I'm still in the process of cleaning and rearranging the studio.  I've been slowed down with a BAD cold and rain.  I'll get 'er done just not this week.

Bumble Bee No. 11

Hey Friends,  I'm up to about No. 33 in the bee series but this is No. 11.  She got lost for a while in the mess of my studio.  Now I'm putting her up for auction in Ebay.  I want to see what my fab collectors out there in CyberLand think of my Bees.  I love to paint these guys and I have models, found in the greenhouse already dead, that I've saved for this purpose.
This painting was started by laying down sand gel in strategic places.  Then painting over with acrylics.  A little rough on the brushes but I enjoy the textures and the final result.
